Sales and Installation of guest room energy management system with central control interfaced with front desk PMS. This project was installed as part of the Premium Cooling effiency program of 2012.

Installation of Onity Guest Room Energy Management System.
Premium Cooling Energy Efficiency Project
Project included sales, installation of 875 Telkonet HVAC controllers installed in 10 Hotels in San Diego. Project was sponsored by San Diego Gas and Electric and Premium Cooling.

Hampton Inn - Woburn MA
Hotel Renovation of 104 guest rooms, corridor, and lobby. Project required demolition, sheetrock repairs, painting, carpeting, new bathroom fixtures, cabinets, tile, etc. Project was completed in 65 days. This project was for InnKeepers Trust.
Crown Plaza Hotel San Francisco Airport
Guest Room Bathroom Renovation of 340 Rooms. Project included demolition, painting, new tile, and new fixtures. Project was for Prism Hotels.
